Saanvi Vacations ("we", "us") is a travel agency based in JP Nagar, Bengaluru. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our website and customer portal, why, and what choices you have.

What we collect

• Enquiry form: your name, phone number, destination, travel month, number of travellers, budget and any message you write.
• Account: your name, mobile number, an optional email address and your password (stored in a protected form, we cannot see it).
• Booking details: traveller names, travel dates, payment records, and, when needed for tickets, hotels or visas, details such as date of birth and passport or ID copies that you choose to share with us.
• Technical data: our site keeps you signed in using your browser's local storage. We do not run advertising trackers on this website.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare quotations.
• To make and manage bookings, issue tickets and vouchers, and record payments.
• To contact you about your trip, including by phone, WhatsApp or email.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.

Who we share it with

Only as needed to deliver your trip: airlines, railways, hotels, tour and cab operators, cruise lines, visa and immigration authorities or their agents, and payment providers such as Razorpay. Our website and database run on service providers (Vercel and Supabase) that store data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.

Payments

Online payments are handled by Razorpay on its own secure page. We do not see or store your card, UPI PIN or net-banking details. We keep a record of the amount, date and mode of each payment.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and payment records for as long as needed for your trip, service follow-up and legal or accounting rules. Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept for a limited period and may then be deleted.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by writing to us at the email below. Some records (for example payment records) may have to be kept by law. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Security

Access to customer records is limited to our staff through password-protected logins, and uploaded documents are kept in private storage. No online system is completely risk-free, so please keep your password private and tell us at once if you think someone else has access to your account.

Children

Bookings for children are made by their parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
