These terms apply when you use the Saanvi Vacations website or customer portal, or book travel services through us. By making an enquiry, creating an account or booking, you agree to them.

Who we are

Saanvi Vacations is a travel agency that plans and books holidays and related services. For many services (flights, trains, hotels, cruises, cabs, sightseeing, visas) we act as an agent between you and the company that actually provides the service. That provider's own terms also apply.

Enquiries and quotations

Prices on the website, such as destination descriptions, are indicative. A quotation is valid only for the dates, services and period stated on it. Prices can change with dates, availability, fuel, taxes and exchange rates until a booking is confirmed.

Booking and payment

• A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it to you in writing after receiving the booking amount.
• For land packages, the booking amount is 50% of the package cost, and the balance is due 15 days before departure, unless your quotation says otherwise.
• Flights, trains, buses and some hotels or visas may need full payment at the time of booking.
• Payments can be made by the methods we share with you, including payment links. Please keep your payment receipt.

Your responsibilities

• Give us correct names (exactly as on passport or ID), dates and contact details. Changes or reissues caused by wrong details may be charged.
• Carry valid passports, visas, ID, tickets and vouchers. You are responsible for meeting entry, health and immigration requirements of the places you visit, even where we help with documents.
• Follow the rules of airlines, hotels, operators and local laws.

Visas and documents

We assist with passport and visa applications and documents. The decision to grant a visa rests only with the embassy or immigration authority, and we cannot guarantee approval or processing time. Visa fees and service charges are generally not refundable once an application is submitted.

Itinerary changes and things outside our control

Itineraries can change because of weather, road or flight disruption, strikes, government orders, safety, or supplier changes. We will try to offer a suitable alternative, but we are not responsible for delays, cancellations, loss or damage caused by events outside our reasonable control, or for the acts of airlines, hotels and other independent providers. We advise you to take travel insurance.

Our liability

Our responsibility for any booking is limited to the amount we received from you for that booking, to the extent allowed by law. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer law.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password private and for activity under your account. We may close accounts that are misused. You can ask us to delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

Website content

Photos, text and design on this website belong to Saanvi Vacations or are used with permission. Please do not copy them without our written consent.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer law.
